These special crystal pouches where designed for hands and feet! It is a perfect collection of crystals helpful in treating many symptoms associated with tired, aching fatigued feet OR sore, achy, stiff hands! These crystals can help soothe, energize, and alleviate symptoms from everyday stress and strain or the ravages of time, wear and tear.

The Crystal Hands include jadeite, aquamarine, moonstone, quartz, dendritic agate, calcite, blue lace agate, carnelian, copper, Himalayan salt.

The Crystal Feet include varascite, tourmaline, amethyst, dendritic quartz, bloodstone, red jasper, onyx, black obsidian, smoky quartz, apophyllite, calcite, Himalayan salt.

Each kit also comes with complete instructions for creating the perfect "crystal soak", the properties of the crystals and how to cleanse and prepare them. These kits also offer great "care tips" for perfect hands and feet. Each bag comes with approximately 1/4 lb of tiny crystals, measuring between 1/4 - 3/4 inches in size.
